Celebrating the wonder of natural health, vitality and wellbeing through massage, non- invasive holistic therapies and the joy of yoga.

I offer a range of therapies whether you really need to be kneaded or require some well deserved time for yourself and blissful relaxation.

I offer fusion therapy with sports massage; deeper tissue and remedial massage therapy; Swedish, holistic and integrated body massage; aromatherapy massage; Indian head massage; reflexology and Reiki. Treatments are always tailored to your unique needs on any given day.

I teach several mixed ability yoga classes through the week during the daytime, evening and weekend. All classes are currently held at St Jude Welcome Centre where there is free parking on site. If you prefer, I also teach privately and offer individual yoga tuition at the Gatefield Clinic in the heart of Faversham's town centre.

Both venues are readily accessible from Faversham's surrounding villages and indeed towns. Canterbury and Sittingbourne being only 10 miles away.
