General information
Primal Nature is a health and lifestyle concept based on evolutionary standpoint. We evolved living on foods that we could either find growing in the environment around us or hunting animals that shared it with us.
Genetically we are still pretty much the same however our lives are far from what are bodies adapted to over all this time.
By looking back and trying to live as close to the way nature intended from a nutrition and lifestyle point of view we hope to live long and more importantly healthy lives while still remembering that we do live in the modern world.
