Springfields Playcheme

General information

Springfields Playscheme open its doors in October 2005. We are based at HEDCA Community Centre, in Elson. We provide childcare for children from 3 years and up.

Springfields provides cost effective and fun childcare. We offer flexible hours to suit your childcare needs in the school holidays.

In 2010 we were awarded Beacon Status for special needs by Hampshire County Council. This role involves supporting other setting within the Gosport area with training and equipment.

We are Ofsted registered for children 3 years and above and supported by Hamshire County Council. The team consist of trained playworkers and childcare providers. The younger members of the team have coaching qualifications

Springfields has 2 play rooms, a sensory area, a playground, seperate grass and soft tarmac area. There are a wide range of activities from a craft area, to a bouncy castle ,football , parachute games, group activities, role play, den building, table tennis, snooker, small world toys and plenty more.

Breakfast is provided and snacks consisting of a choice of 10 different foods including at least 5 fruit and vegetables. It is available at 10am and 3 pm .All you need to do is provide a packed lunch!
