General information

The train of life does not have to run on presupposed tracks! ..... It is up to you to decide which route you take; all you need is a little help from your coach here.

I am fascinated by people, their personalities, aims and intentions. Native Austrian and in the UK since 1994, I am bilingual in English and German and have lived, travelled and worked in Europe, the UK and the US. I qualified as coach holding a Certificate and Diploma in Life Coaching. I am also a Master and Trainer in NLP, Eriksonian Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Repatterning, Results and Performance Coaching as well as a Reiki Practitioner.

The wide range of skills, experience and training gained during my personal and working life provide a solid foundation and inspiration to do what I love most - developing individuals to realise their full potential. So I spent my career talking with and listening to people from all walks of life - from senior members of international organisations to students and people who are in career transition. When it was time to focus on what I am passionate about, I started working with others to alleviate pain and allergies, move them from procrastination to motivation, to believe in themselves - all their uniqueness and greatness, to reach out and recognise their resources, to get them touch and feel their successes and get more! So I found Resolution4life and joined the Learning Architects to give back to organisations.

And since Leadership has always fascinated me the universe has kindly reconnected me with a very dear long standing colleague of mine, who is an expert on Leadership. So we go and deliver leadership and influencing skills workshops in organisations. We run some pretty interesting days.

Then, 5 years ago when I joined Developing People through Nicole Bachmann the nature of my business started to develop further into working with my natural preferences - leadership development with international organisations. Since then I had the pleasure to deliver lots of 360 degree feedback coaching, deliver many leadership programmes for 1st line and senior managers, executive and performance coaching, as well as specific workshops (such as conflict management, mindfulness, strategic development for entrepreneurs). This organic growth has then led me to incorporate Resolution4life into what is now Consulting 4 Resolution Ltd in October 2012.

Aside from my work, people, reading books about lots of topics related to my work, I love golf, skiing, yoga, tennis and dancing. Aside from this there are quite a few more topics of interests that I like to explore. Just in case anyone mentioned boredom - none of that in this household and company! ... And apparently:
