General information
Kando means ‘to be moved’ in Japanese 「感動」but we also think it conveys a sense of ‘can do’ . Since coming to Japan we have managed to do many things we never imagined! Finally the ‘Kan’ links us here to the unique area of Kanbayashi where we live.
The name KanDo originally came about as Fumiaki was reflecting on the variety of different jobs he’d had. But a common thread connecting everything was creating a space for people to enjoy and be moved.
We hope to create spaces for people to come together, have fun and share KanDo!
