General information

Unlike other Personal Trainers I work in 4 week blocks. This gives me security that you're committed and allows me to deliver the best service possible. I tailor programs to suit your needs and specifically your goals. My 4 week blocks aren't just 121 training, if necessary I offer session plans for you to follow yourself alongside our sessions as well as nutrition evaluation and education. Working together & training regularly will get you the best results. The variety of equipment i use make sessions enjoyable & challenging, catering for all goals & abilities.I work privately and in Kingswood Leisure center (Bristol)

Prices, 4 week blocks of;
60 minute sessions -
once a week £140, twice a week £260, Three sessions a week £360, Four sessions a week £480.
30 minute sessions -
twice a week £150, Three sessions a week £210

I would like to book you in for a complementary taster session. A taster session will help me identify your goals, why you want to achieve them and allows me to advise you on the perfect plan.
