General information

I have always had a passion for sport - and a real interest in the workings of the human body. After studying Sport Psychology at University, I had the opportunity to train in London as a Sports Massage Therapist. Since then I have also trained in Medical Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulation - to enable me to provide a holistic treatment to my clients.

I treat a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes to casual gym goers, to non-sporty people suffering with aches and pains from everyday life. My youngest client so far has been eight years old, up to the oldest at 88! Sports therapy really can benefit pretty much anyone.

Aside from clinic work, I work as a sports therapist for DROPS pro-cycling team at events across Europe, for Tunbridge Wells Rugby Club and at various triathlon and running events throughout the South-East. I am a keen athlete myself, competing in triathlon, open water swimming, indoor rowing and with horses, which I find really helps me understand my client's perspective.

I am happy to treat all clients - no matter your age or how active you are. You don't have to have to be sporty or go to the gym to benefit from a Sports Massage!!

Treatments are £30 for 30 minutes or £45 for 60 minutes.
