Temple at War might be one of the newest Military Shows in Britain but it
certainly packs a heavy weight punch when it comes to first class performances.

In its third year, Temple at War is back for 2017 returning to the extraordinary
Cressing Temple Barns, Braintree, Essex CM77 8PD. This outstanding Military Show will be hosting authentic Living History Groups, spectacular military vehicles, atmospheric 1940s entertainment and the opportunity to browse a wide range of collectors, traders and vendor stalls from all over the UK.

As a great day out for all the family, you can step back in time and experience
the past 100 years of military history. Imagine your very own time machine that
will transport you to a time in which your ancestors lived. Use all your senses to
soak up history which can’t be experienced from your download apps, books or
the classroom!

No other military show has the unique signature attractions that have been built
by the show in the past years and there is even more to come in 2017!

Experience the sharp shooting of the Temple at War Sniper and walk amongst
the atmospheric German Woodland Encampment. Encounter spontaneous and
dramatic enactments by characters that you can interact with. Drill with a Company
of WW1 Soldiers, defuse a WW2 Training Bomb and come into contact with
actual historic events.

Watch the tense and explosive battles throughout the weekend incorporating pyrotechnic
effects and learn what life was like on the home front as rationing made life hard for the
loved ones left behind.

Temple at War provides the premium show for photographic opportunities as
the exceptionally high quality of enactment provided is second to none.

You will experience the distinctive atmospheres of the Great War to Cold War by
experiencing the unique sights, sound and atmosphere that will take you
back in time.

From small artefacts to tank carriers, Temple at War is not to be missed.

The Cressing Temple Barn complex provides superb disabled facilities and a
