Like many of us, I've tried every diet going!! Too many to mention, but since having my children I found it nearly impossible to stick to any plan long enough to make a difference. I would be great for a few weeks, but when the weight didn't come off, I'd lose interest or if I had lost weight I put it all back on again! Despite contstantly being on a 'diet' I was actually gaining weight every year!

From being a teenager, I was always the biggest one in my group of friends. I thought I didn't mind but over the years, I came to realise that my weight stopped me from being the person I wanted to be. I had low confidence, I hated the clothes I had to wear and I wouldn't join in with activities that my children wanted to do.

Then after I had my second child 6 years ago, I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan and it changed my life! I dropped 4 dress sizes in a short space of time. My confidence soared and I got married wearing a size 12 wedding dress! I was so much happier and so were my kids! I was finally living the life I had always dreamt of!

Cambridge Weight Plan was so simple to follow and because I lost weight quickly, it kept me on track until I reached my target weight.

Now as a busy mum of 3, I know hard it is to find a plan that fits in with a hectic lifestyle and keeps you motivated. Together, we can find the plan which suits you and I will support you until you reach your goal weight and beyond.
