I am passionate in the belief that we all have untaped reservoirs of potential within us; that through long-held and strong beliefs we place and create obstacles in our way. Simply put: I can help you be a better version of you.

How do I do it?

I am a qualified NLP practitioner trained by co-founder John Grinder and provide peak performance coaching for team and individual development. As a coaching and consulting professional, I am passionate about behavioural change. I'm also trained as a facilitator for Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and am a member of the Association for Coaching.

�My coaching style is both person-centred and results based. I want to see your life change to the way you want it as much as you do. This may include challenging questions and will always be about accessing the your solutions to create the desired changes, to direct your life on your terms.
