StudentHQ Lettings is a small family run business dedicated to providing high quality student housing in Lancaster. All of the student accommodation listed on our website is owned and managed directly by us, ensuring that we can guarantee you both high quality student houses and excellent customer service. We are passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on both the quality of our student housing and the great relationship we have with our tenants.

Choosing a student house is a really important decision as it will be your home for one or more years whilst you are studying at either Lancaster University or the University of Cumbria. Here at StudentHQ Lettings we aim to make the experience as hassle free as possible, offering the advice and support needed for you to make the right decision. We undertake all viewings personally giving you chance to meet us and speak directly to the people you will be dealing with should you decide to rent one of our student houses.

We have a great selection of student housing in Lancaster, ranging from 2 bedroom to 8 bedroom properties, so whatever your student accommodation needs we are hopeful we will have something to suit. All of student accommodation is in great student friendly locations within easy reach of Lancaster University, the University of Cumbria and Lancaster city centre

All of our student housing is let on a fully inclusive basis which means all bills, high speed broadband, a TV licence and TV are included in the rent. This means you are free to enjoy your time at university without the worry of unexpected bills.
