Dundee Children and Families Information Service provides information about early years and childcare services in Dundee and signposts to other services for parents and families. This includes Parenting Resources and Groups, Family Support Information and Local Advice Organisations via our Online Directory at our pages of the national website: www.scottishfamilies.gov.uk.

The service holds detailed information on more than 300 registered early years and childcare services in Dundee such as local authority and private nurseries, childminders, out of school clubs and playgroups. Information provided includes facilities, costs, opening hours and vacancy information but only where authorised by the service provider. We also provide a number of fact sheets giving advice and guidance on choosing childcare. The fact sheets can be downloaded at www.dundeecity.gov.uk/childcare/childcareinfo
