General information

Life can be full of overwhelming problems which can often lead to feelings of inadequacy or not being able to cope.
I've worked with ladies who want to make a change in their lives but don't know where to start.

Difficulty losing weight can actually be down to work-related issues. Or feeling alone and unsupported could be a symptom of struggling to voice feelings or ask for help.

Until you have the opportunity to open up and talk to someone about what is getting in the way of you living your best life, you may just be plodding on thinking this is your lot in life.

And you know what? It doesn't have to be!

Working with me would mean the opportunity to start from where you are right now, focusing on your health, your work, family, and friends, self-care and hopes and dreams for your future.

I'll be there to listen, hold a safe space while you break through some barriers, find out what's blocking your path and support you while you jump over, smash through or gently walk around all that's stopping you living that awesome life.

Why me? I've worked with lots of ladies and helped them feel fabulous. I qualified with the Institue of Integrative Nutrition as a Health and Life Coach. I am associated with the UK Health Coaches and practice NLP techniques to help with those break-throughs.
