Tracey Roberts and Brian Slater have built their reputation designing and delivering the award winning 'Staffordshire Manager' program which transformed the way leaders performance managed their staff.

We are now independent and with extensive experience of optimising performance within the public, private and third sector we believe that people are the key - everyone has the potential with the right stimulus to be the very best they can be.

Specialising in taking an accelerated learning approach we inspire people to want to take action and change for the better resulting in happier, engaged, higher performing individuals, teams and organisations.

We design, deliver and embed leadership development, people learning, executive coaching, team coaching and performance management.
