Who am I and what do I do.
I have had the privilege of working with clients over the last 8 years and have called myself a reflexologist and massage therapist. Although I offer those therapies and people enjoy that, it really isn’t what I do. So I have written the statement below to help describe what to expect when you come to see me. I am here to help you help yourself. I see more and more clients struggling with anxiety but coming to me for a different reason and being wonderfully grateful for uncovering an issue they felt powerless in changing.
I offer an open space, a place for you to reach in deep and draw out your strengths, your skills and appreciate your life learnings. I have created a space for you to breathe, to let your mind rest and let your energy rise.
We move fast in life, we tighten up, we keep our head down. We think this is normal because at this pace we attract others and events that mirror ourselves. We can’t imagine stepping down from the treadmill. Our mind tries so hard to keep control over ourselves, over our situations. In the end we often break, anxiety explodes, our health suffers.
What I offer is a route back to reconnecting with yourself, so that anxiety and health issues do not overwhelm you and so that you can calmly learn to listen to your own inner guidance.
Through Reflexology, REIKI, Nutrition and Hypnotherapeutic techniques, I can help you calm your mind, control anxiety and panic, manage your diet and let go of destructive habits.
My goal is to help you feel confident in embracing life in all its complex intensity.
