Private therapy sessions - Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling.

Individual 1 - 5 day retreats. Confidence, Anxiety, Depression, Fears, Couples, Wellness.
Private retreats focus on the specific issues you are struggling with. You have the benefit of 100% of the therapist’s time to work through all your difficulties. These retreats are very popular and achieve excellent results. The Wellness retreat gives you time and space for yourself. You can include some 'pamper' time and enjoy a massage with or without oils, lots of beautiful walks, art, clay and a selection of therapies.

Group Retreats - 3 day retreats in small groups. There will be a selection of activities and 'quiet time'.

All retreats are held in the Crockstead Hotel surrounded by the lovely Sussex countryside.

An equestrian facility is attached to the hotel & therapy centre if you wish to bring your horse.
