I am a Female Personal Trainer and I am REPS Certified Level 3, I am a Personal Trainer In Southampton, Hampshire. INSANITY SOUTHAMPTON. I am very passionate about Fitness and enjoying working with individuals to achieve their goal. I have completed a fitness course with Future Fit, which I started in August 2001. I have passed an exam on ‘Exercise and Fitness (The Anatomy & Physiology), and qualified as a fitness and circuits instructor in January 2002. In the past, I have taken circuits classes at Chamberlayne and at The Quays. I can offer Personal Training, Buggy Workout (Mums Keep Fit) and Boot Camp and Circuits
