Seitou Ryu Karate HQ

General information

Seitou Ryu Karate® is a group of karate clubs based in South Essex teaching a both traditional and sport Goju karate. We were officially established as Seitou Ryu Karate® in 2005 although our classes have been running since 2001.

Classes are taught by chief instructor Sensei Richard Hang Hong and the club instructors and assistants in the following areas.

7.15pm - 8.45pm (Tuesdays Adults 13yrs+ Thursdays advanced class)

All instructors and assistants are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
