Stratis Pasdekis offers long and short term Counselling and Psychotherapy in a confidential, peaceful and safe environment in Barbican, Central London. His approach is characterised by sensitivity, empathy and warmth.

Stratis has several years of experience in Mental Health and maintains a live interest in life difficulties, human distress and ways of dealing with personal problems. Issues that he works with include:

Stratis will discuss each person's difficulties with them and help them decide whether they would like to enter therapy; together they will agree on an approach that will suit the client's individual needs.

Professional Training
Stratis is a qualified Integrative psychotherapist. He is completing a professional doctorate in counselling psychology and has received post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based treatments.

Stratis abides by the BPS' Code of Ethics and Conduct and the UKCP's Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct.

- PGCert Evidence Base Psychological Treatment — IAPT Pathway (University of Reading)
- BSc (Hons) Psychology (Northumbria University).
