Lichfield karate Academy welcome anyone over the age of 5 years at any fitness and any level of experience.
We aim to develop:
Confidence and self esteem, Discipline,
Physical strength, endurance, co-ordination and Weight management making healthier stronger
kids and in turn stronger families.
We promote equality between different groups in the community whilst also addressing the diverse needs of the individuals.
We take special care to ensure that all our members especially the young ones feel safe and secure and that their experience of Wado-Ryu Karate is both an enjoyable and rewarding one. All instructors at Lichfield Karate Academy are DBS checked and approved.

Monday 5.30-8pm Wade Church Hall Lichfield
Tuesday 7- 8pm Broadway Academy
