Workout Weegie

General information

I'm a qualified personal trainer operating a new fitness business with the objective of improving people's fitness whether it's in the comfort of their own home, at the workplace or outdoors. I currently have a base at The Fountain Studio at Maxim Park, Eurocentral where I offer Cycle Fit classes, Metafit and Circuit Training to company employees on site. I am also qualified to instruct Kettlebell training and have just completed a course in Sports Conditioning.

I've also just invested in building a new dedicated gym facility with new fitness and PT equipment, where clients can be privately trained. With permission from the Forestry Commission, I also host thrice weekly boot camps in Cuningar Loop Park, adjacent to the former Commonwealth Games Village.

Overall, I'm flexible and down-to-earth in my approach and will train clients anywhere that is convenient, to suit their every day functional needs and meet their fitness goals.
