Combined Fighting Arts (CFA)
Combined Fighting Arts (CFA) is our unique martial arts system, which develops well-rounded and complete martial artists. CFA has been thoughtfully created by Chief Instructor, Mark Hayes, and seamlessly blends together three complimentary art forms – ground fighting, Jeet Kune Do and Kali/Eskrima.
CFA classes are focused on developing effective techniques in the various fighting ranges which can be used for both self-defence and competition purposes. CFA students find the classes to be the perfect mixture of intensive exercise and effective fight training, and the system is used by our fight team to form the basis of their competitive Mixed Martial Arts training. Combined Fighting Arts is also the system that we use to train Instructors and grade students up to Black Belt level.
