STOCK VARIATION: Due to the handmade nature of these products, each item will vary slightly, Photography and item descriptions will always give a good and accurate representation of the items.
DELIVERY: We post twice weekly via Royal mail and ALWAYS obtain proof of postage, if you have not received your order within 14 days (UK) or 18 days (worldwide), please contact us. We cannot claim for lost or damaged parcels after 28 days, so no claims will be accepted if you leave it past this time to contact us.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: In the unlikely event that you are anything other than delighted with your PoppyRose purchase/s, you can return it to us in its original state for an exchange or credit note. Cash (paypal) refunds will only be issued should the items prove to be faulty or unfit for purpose.
Personalised, customised or bespoke (made to order) items may ONLY be returned/refunded should they prove to to be faulty or unfit for purpose.
