We specialise in planning and delivering PE to primary schools in the North East Essex, Colchester and Tendring Districts. The main service that we offer is to cover PPA time with PE. We have spent many years developing programmes that encourage our students to adopt healthy lifestyles. Working with our local PCT we have effective intervention strategies that can transform the lives of your students. Our mission is to foster active and healthy lifestyle choices by providing children of all abilities and interests a foundation of movement experiences that develop and improve their motor skills and overall fitness.
