Hello my name is Kemba Im a Beauty therapist. I absolutely love my job and that shines through in my work. Opening my own salon was my dream and that has finally come true.

I'm fully qualified in manicure, Pedicure, Acrylic nails, gel polish, gel nails, party lashes, Eye lash extdentions, facials,waxing and full body massage.

The salon is located on spring bank (town end) above Daniels turner & associates opticians.

Refund, repairs and cancelation policy.

Hello loves as I'm sure you have seen on the bookshelves at the salon the refunds, repairs and cancelation policy on display. However we noticed it was not on here.

Repairs!

Nails- Here at Phoenix Nails&Beauty we say to each client once the nail treatment is finished if anything happens in the next 48 hours to send a picture and we will get you back in at the soonest available slot to fix the nail(s) free of charge. After the 48 hours it's £2 per nail.

Eyelash extensions- Phoenix Nails&Beauty give 3 days with eyelash extensions (not party lashes) if you have a lot shed again send a picture and we will get you back to replace the lost lashes. After the 3 days it's a weekly infill charge. 1-2 weeks £15, 3 weeks £20, 4 weeks £35 (same as a full set).

Refunds!

The salon has a no refund policy this is because time and products have been used in each treatment. However if unhappy we are willing to take off and re apply a new set. Or even offer a treatment of same value. We want every customer to be satisfied with their treatment and experience at the salon.

Cancelations!

We know that sometimes emergencies can crop up or sometimes something happens and we just can't make an appointment. All we ask is if you could give us at least 24 hours notice (the earlier the better) so we can try and fill that time slot. If a client does not turn up we do not get paid.
