I'll teach you how to massage your baby... it's such an amazing gift to learn!

Baby Massage brings wonderful long and short term therapeutic effects to babies and their parents/guardians. My classes teach a powerful skill to help improve the digestion, circulation, immune system, communication skills, body awareness and sleeping patterns of babies.

The loving touch shared with babies allows an understanding of their body language and gives confidence in handling them. Research has shown that Baby Massage can benefit mothers with post-natal depression. Plus Baby Massage is very relaxing for everyone involved!

1-hour workshops and 3 or 4 week courses are available on a 1-2-1 or group basis. Prices vary depending on the course length so please feel free to call me to discuss.
