Competitively priced self-catering accommodation inclusive of electricity, gas,TV and VAT situated in the heart of Newquay, Cornwall.

Caravans are situated on cut grass areas serviced by roads with parking alongside. Featuring two bedrooms, one double and one with two singles, there is also a fully sprung pull out sofa bed in the lounge area if required. Fully equipped to the highest standard, including hot and cold running water, shower, toilet, gas cooker, lounge fire, refrigerator, colour television with gas and electricity included in the cost.

Pillows and blankets are supplied, but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen, duvets if preferred (duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases) and towels. There is a no smoking policy inside the accommodation. We ensure that you have a clean and tidy caravan upon your arrival and would appreciate it being left in a similar condition on your departure.

On-site facilities include a licenced mini market, restaurant and take-away, games room with video games and a fully equipped launderette. These are complimented by the adjacent Leisure Park, which includes 2 indoor pools, tennis courts, boating lake, 18 hole pitch and putt course, bowling green, zoo, miniature train ride and riding stables.

Newquay town centre and main beaches are just a 15 minute stroll away, so the trouble and expense of parking is no problem. A regular 'Hoppa' bus runs from near the Park entrance to various parts of Newquay.

Newquay has proved to be one of England’s premier resorts, easily reached by car, rail and coach, with something to entertain everyone and is an ideal base to explore the beauty of Cornwall. Boasting one of the finest coastlines in Europe, it has seven golden beaches, rock pools, rolling surf, stunning walks along the coastal path and a small picturesque harbour. Complimented with excellent leisure facilities, pubs and restaurants, many people return time and again, captured by its magical spell.
