Every Monday evening between 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm(children), 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm (12 yrs and above) throughout the entire year, you can attend other classes in the area as well, this to be discussed. Please try to arrive 5 to 10 min prior the martial arts classes.

Chief Instructor Sabumnim Paul Phillips and Instructor Andrew Buddle and all other leadership have been attending personal training and one-to-one sessions with Dojunim-Master Allison and they have been carefully selected and approved to ensure maximum benefit to all students.
