Allchorn Pleasure Boats Company Information
General information
The aim of the project is restore both the Southern Queen and the William Allchorn and put them back to work and earn their keep. This is a long term project as a lot of the running gear is no longer there and we seem to be missing a few engines ! Both boats are unique as they were designed to work off the beach, they are believed to be the last of their kind and historicly important to this area, the Southen Queen being built in Westham Village at the old Street Farm, now a housing estate and a stones throw from Pevensey Castle.
