Welcome to Alison Ford Reflexology – a natural solution for holistic health.
Reflexology is a wonderfully powerful complementary therapy that promotes self-healing and helps us restore balance. Reflexology helps with a wide range of health concerns such as pain, anxiety, IBS, hormone imbalance, migraine, poor sleep and stress. I am a fully qualified and insured practitioner and I offer clinical reflexology to clients of all ages.
Clinics are held at 381 Footcare in Timperley, and Yoga Life in Altrincham, Cheshire at the following times:

I can also offer home visits by arrangement or for anyone unable to climb stairs.
