RJR Building Contracts is owned by Award Winning Carpenter Richard Rooney. Richard’s talent and ability is second to none with winning the Northern Ireland and UK Skill Build Championships in two consecutive years and then representing the UK at the World Skills Competition in South Korea. Along with his 14 years experience in the construction industry Richard achieved his City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery and a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies.
