Architek Design & Planning Ltd is an architectural & urban design consultancy set up in 2008 to provide creative and innovative design and planning solutions.

With over 15 years of experience of working for both local authority and private practice architects, as well as working for large residential volume house builders, we can provide all services associated with residential development.

Architek Design & Planning provides a Director led service with a team of highly skilled, experienced, dedicated architectural designers, technicians, illustrators and town planners who all contribute towards the delivery of commercially successful developments.

We remain passionate about high quality design that is commercially viable and socially and environmentally responsible. We specialise in residential design working on projects across the UK from bespoke house extensions and house designs to property conversions and designing large scale residential projects from flatted to housing schemes for both regional property developers and national volume house builders.

Architek Design & Planning adds value and design quality to masterplanning residential developments through in-depth analysis and understanding of site constraints, planning issues and the client needs. This knowledge enables us to develop the brief with the client to maximise the financial opportunities of each location and deliver vibrant, innovative and appealing spaces where people want to live
