General information

I am a qualified, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in Sexual Addictions and Psychosexual Therapy as well as providing individual therapy and Relationships therapy.
I have spent many years working with people in the UK and overseas, from different and diverse backgrounds, age, ability, sexuality and mental well-being, which includes lone outreach support work for individuals with a brain injury and a nursing assistant at the local Hospice. I have also spent two years as a group facilitator for issues surrounding eating disorders.
Alongside my private practice, I used to work at Relate and I am a volunteer at a local hospice.
I believe in the individual and the responses I share central to what works in therapy. This develops a relational depth, creating a safe environment for therapy which allows people to explore what is bothering them, raising awareness and reflections on life. With support this invites a freedom to explore many difficulties. My honesty and congruence supports and invites an exploration as I remain alongside your journey of discovery.
