General information

Emerald VIP Services provide high end chauffeur and concierge services including bespoke luxury tours throughout Ireland, Scotland & South Africa. We can also provide Airport VIP meet & greet services, Helicopter transfers and Luxury Yacht cruises. All our chauffeurs are uniformed, have a minimum of 5 years professional driving experience and hold all the appropriate licensing and training qualifications to deliver exceptional world class service to our customers. Our vehicles come equipped with Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages and newspapers.

HISTORY
Founded in 2011 and originally providing concierge services solely in Ireland, we have recently expanded internationally by opening offices in Cape Town, South Africa and Glasgow in Scotland to better service our current customer client base as well as position the company for future growth. Our South African operation is managed by Peter Bouwer and Dale Woodcock and Scotland is managed by Alex Macdonald, all of whom are industry veterans enjoying over 60 years’ experience in the business aviation and leisure markets.

Emeralds global headquarters are located at Shannon Airport in Ireland and its Directors are Peter Costelloe, Founder as well as Director of Operations, Safety & Training and Steve Gulvin, Director of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Development. Both have extensive experience in the corporate transportation and concierge environment having worked for VIP organisations in Europe, Russia and the Middle East over the past 35 years.
