Darlington Full Time Academy - We have 3 training rooms, open mat & bag room. 5 Kettlercise classes a week and for the New Year a New Time Table.
At the Evolution Martial Arts Academy we teach Combat Kickboxing/MMA & JiuJitsu. we take practical aspects from various styles and teach individuals how to defend themselves in a realistic environment – the street. We cover many different scenarios so individuals know how best to deal with different situations that might arise (in any range of attack from someone stood off being verbally aggressive through to strikes, grabs and grappling) and we also cover practical defence from weapon attacks.
