We look forward to welcoming you to 1 Park Row. Our philosophy is to make guests feel welcome and relaxed.

Our home is your home for the duration of your stay! Whilst we are always here to help we respect our guests privacy and independence so relax and enjoy your stay.

1 Park Row is situated in Farnham, Surrey once the site of the Garabaldi Inn which served ales up until 1910, the house has been lovingly restored and converted into a Bed and Breakfast. Situated just off Castle Street in the heart of the town.

The house is a short walk to the mainline station at Farnham which takes 50 minutes to reach London, Waterloo. There is good access to the M3 and A3 and Heathrow and Gatwick can be reached within an hour and a half.

The Bed and Breakfast is also ideally placed for the Airport at Farnborough (10m) and other major local towns such as Aldershot (4m), Guildford (11m), Woking (15m) and Basingstoke (20m).

Farnham town has many pubs, restaurants, shops and The Maltings Art Center all of which are within a very short walk.

Please note the online booking system above works in real time, so please if you cannot contact us by phone book you stay ONLINE! On arrival if we are not in The ROOM KEYS for your room can be collected at the The Nelson Arms next door (they also serve quality ales beer and have an excellent menu). Please call or email to arrange a collection time and if you need a table booked at The Nelson Arms let us know.

All prices include a continental breakfast which is served between 7.00AM and 10.30AM.
