Reflexology is a treatment which activates the healing powers of the body by working on the feet and hands. It is both an old and new treatment and goes back to the ancient Chinese, Japanese and Egyptians.

By working on the feet applying alternating pressure on various points this can have a therapeutic effect on the body assisting with reduction of pain, stress and a number of common conditions including asthma, allergies and digestive complaints. Reflexology can cleanse the body of toxins and impurities, improve circulation and balance the whole system.

The initial treatment lasts for about 1 hour. During that time a full diagnostic is carried out followed by a lymphatic massage and a soothing foot massage.

Reflexology is known to assist with many ailments and health issues, specifically those related to stress and relaxation.
