City Strongman runs bootcamp classes using Modified Strongman Training. These are 1hr conditioning sessions tailored around exercises seen in Strongman competitions and athletic preparation.
These sessions can be tailored to any training age, whether you are bustling with muscle or have never stepped foot in a gym before.
Owned and run by some of London's most renowned trainers, these classes will burn fat, build strength and improve your fitness beyond anything you'll find in your regular gym class or bootcamp. Plus it's bloody good fun!
ITS IMPORTANT TO NOTE HOWEVER THAT THESE SESSIONS WILL BE TOUGH... ONLY ATTEND IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO WORK HARD!
1 Class Per Week £15
10 Class Pass - £130 per block
