I run all yoga classes at Stoke Row Pavilion (near Henley on Thames and Wallingford)

My Pregnancy Yoga Classes are designed to support you through your pregnancy with the lifelong skills that yoga brings, to enable you to feel strong and prepared for birth.

Pregnancy can be a magical time for some, while for others it is a time of fear and uncertainty. My classes provide a special space for you and your growing babies, so that you can feel at ease and able to connect to your body and mind.

My hope is that you will meet good friends along the way, feel boosted for the weeks ahead and be changed, even in the smallest of ways. There will be tea (and sometimes cake!) served afterwards so that you can stay and chat.

Pregnancy yoga is for all women. You don’t need to have done yoga before you were pregnant and you don’t need to know anything about yoga. I will guide you through gentle movements, breath work and relaxation.

My Mother & Baby Yoga Classes are designed to help you to relax, to stretch and strengthen your achy body and to create a special space to bond with your new baby.

The post-natal period can be both a joyful and anxious time for parents. At Mother & Baby Yoga you can meet other mothers, share your stories and find a place of ongoing support. Your baby will benefit too, by developing their motor skills, learning from the sounds and interaction of other babies and by spending some special time with their mummy.
