General information
YouFit is run by one Personal Trainer. We run weekly Circuit Classes and Youbox classes Monday Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Everyone is welcome, no matter what you level of fitness. First Class is free, then after that they are £10 a session. However if you buy 4 at a time they are 4 for £30.
Location: Worcester Park Cricket Club, Green Lane, Worcester Park, Surrey, KT4 8AJ
We also run 1to1 Personal Training sessions for those that prefer to train alone these sessions will be held with our personal trainer Daniel Dunnning. These take place in a private gym in Worcester Park Or if you would prefer the comfort of your own home we bring the equipment to you with our home visits, if you gather a small group of friends to train with we can offer a group session to make it more enjoyable.
