General information
As a mother of 5 boys, I have had my experience of pelvic floor!!
A few years ago I was shocked at how many women my age and younger were suffering in this area. As a fitness instructor I felt compelled to deal with this issue in depth. After researching, speaking with doctors and specialist physios my passion was to reach out and bridge the gap in pelvic floor awareness. I began running courses to help support clients to regain freedom and improve this ‘sensitive’ group of muscles.
Armed with training tips and information regarding stress incontinence, bladder control, prolapse and bowel issues, my clients were elated. The 'Adore Your Floor' course created a feeling of empowerment with an understanding to restore pelvic health and live life to the full.
From the success of Adore Your Floor, I was approached by other fitness professionals who wanted to be a part of supporting their clients and thus begun Adore Your Pelvic Floor Training and Education.
I am very passionate about increasing awareness on this delicate subject, I believe in being real, open and honest adding a touch of humour along the way!
