As a professional sportsman I have been fortunate enough to have played rugby for the past 9 years and over this time I have experienced various types of weights and fitness sessions. I am here to pass on what knowledge I have gained, whether you're looking to better those 1 rep maxes or to just simply improve your fitness and wellbeing. Whatever the goal I am here to help.

Together we will make a plan and achieve those goals. I have worked with top quality nutritionists over my career and I am more than happy to help with any diet plans.
