This is available to anyone whether they class themselves as a singer or not. We explore simple, profound techniques that enable us to listen more deeply inside and trust the wisdom and vibration of our own self. This work can be deeply nourishing, empowering and joyful. Chant/Mantra, the Indian scale, improvisation, partner work, individual work, meditation, breath work, simple song writing are some of the practices used to unravel the vast landscape of the self through voice, body, breath and silence.
