Fit4Life - Fitness Classes & Personal Training

General information

Fit4Life provide one to one personal training, group training, HIIT Fit sessions, Pilates classes and boxing classes.

HIIT Fit:
Our HIIT Fit sessions are held outdoors at Gosfield Lake and indoors at Brickwall Farm, Sible Hedingham, they incorporate various cardio and resistance exercises, taught by our qualified and experienced personal trainers.

When you join one of our sessions, you are guaranteed to have lots of fun while being pushed to your capabilities.

Personal training:
Our trainers can come to your house or a location to suit you around the Colchester, Sudbury, Halstead and Braintree areas and will fit around your schedule. Your trainer will work with you and provide you with a personalised workout to achieve your goals.

Personal training is cheaper than you think and if you get a small group of friends together, you can split the cost of a session!

Pilates:
We offer a four week beginners Pilates course and drop in sessions at Brickwall Farm, Sible Hedingham. Pilates is particularly good for improving overall strength and balance, as well as reducing stress.

Boxing:
Our Boxfit class packs a punch with lots of technical boxing combos, high energy circuits and core work to burn fat and lots of calories!

Whether you’ve had a bad week at the office or are just looking to get rid of some energy, our Boxing fitness session will help you de-stress and balance out. This is an aerobic workout using boxing basics and punching combos to whip you into shape. You are sure to work hard and walk out feeling rejuvenated and de-stressed!
