Roots Over Rock the band work from their studio of the same name in Waltham Cross. Best pals Jack Hoskyn (guitarist / producer) and Steve 'Deaxone' Deakin (rapper / songwriter) combine an eclectic mixture of styles and influences into their genre defying, concept based songs with a message. Although they write the material they also call on a wide range of other singers and musicians to feature and collaborate on their songs, resulting in each track being almost unrecognisably different from the last whilst retaining a unique style of their own
