By dissolving layers of conditioning we reveal strength, pleasure, creativity and the joy of being here now.

My speciality is holding space for people (mostly women but some men too) and facilitating their expansion by gently directing their focus and remaining fully present with them. We need space to gain insights and remain steady through big life shifts. This is what I teach.

I continue to be attentive to my own process so I can have integrity and clarity when helping others.
