General information
Hello! We would like to welcome visitors to our city. We have a beautiful bright luxury home all decorated to a very high standard. We are situated in the Port of Leith Albert Dock, with amazing views over the dock lands and water. We have two bright double bedrooms to let out to visitors. Look forward to welcoming you to our home.
These are two rooms on the ground and second floor. One of the rooms has its own shower.
The space
We have two double bedrooms (one en-suite) which are both available. The Albert Dock development where we stay is a very quiet and respectful area but only a short walk from the shore area where there is many restaurants cafes and bars.

Guest access
Guests may use the lounge area to relax or watch TV or enjoy a refreshment on the balcony; there is tea and coffee facility’s available in the kitchen at all times.
Interaction with guests
One of us shall always be around to help and answer any questions you may have. Alan has tremendous knowledge of the area as he was born and brought up in Leith and always happy to share the history of the area with visitors.
