The Hot Stones treatment at The Healing Rooms is indulgent, decadent and without doubt the most relaxing and soothing treatment I have experienced in years. She listens to what you want and explores your muscles to find out what you need. She is very good at explaining ways to avoid further harm and is someone that I feel extremely comfortable in treating me.

I have been coming to see Nicky at The Healing Rooms for over 6 years now and have been disappointed with any treatment I have had. I always look forward to my treatments, mainly reflexology with Nicky as she makes me feel relaxed from start to finish. She initially helped me with my carpel tunnel syndrome which was very painful but with her help I managed to get it under control and it rarely bothers me now. It has made me so interested in reflexology that I want to learn how to do it myself one day. To sum it up Nicky is a lovely lady, does lovely treatments in a lovely and relaxing environment.

The treatment room is a Sanctuary. Any stress symptoms I may have before my massage have always disappeared when I leave, I feel relaxed and totally stress-free. Being a spasmodic sleeper, I certainly do sleep the night after my massage. Nicky’s professionalism and expertise in knowing which body parts need work on amaze me, she just knows.
