We are a chiropractic centre with a special interest in helping you before, during and after pregnancy.
Chiropractors focus on the body's innate ability to heal. In order for this to happen, the Central Nervous System (CNS - master control system of the body) has to be able to communicate with the body in order to optimise performance. The majority of these messages come from nerves which pass through the spinal column. This is where chiropractors come in: we aim to maximise the structure and function (physiology) of the spine and therefore the body by making gentle adjustments to the spine, pelvis and cranial tissues. Massage helps to augment this process by releasing tissue tension in the body, thereby enhancing circulation, improving healing rates and overall wellbeing. We offer free checks for children, and ongoing wellness checks for all.
