General information
At the age of fifteen, I joined the Cobra-Kai Freestyle Kickboxing Federation, and trained religiously under the regime of instructor Lee Martin (4th degree black belt). In 1997 I went on to win the European martial arts title (WUMA Federation).
At eighteen, I opened my very own kickboxing club at Llanelli Leisure Centre. Over the years I have helped created more than ten black belt students, two welsh champions and one British champion.
I have since achieved my 4th Degree Black Belt, opened a private gym in Llanelli, and become an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer through Fitness Wales (REPs certified), teaching private lessons of fitness, weight training, martial arts, self-defence, pilates, and much more.
